PURPOSE:To obtain fine conductor patterns by a method wherein electrostatic images are formed, toner images are respectively formed on these electrostatic images and the conductor patterns are formed. CONSTITUTION:Light 13 is irradiated on a photosensitive plate 11, which is excited by light and generates charges, via a pattern mask 12 formed with a desired conductor pattern as a light-transmitting part and electrostatic images are formed. Then, toner obtainable by fixing high-melting point metal power with a high-molecular resin is attracted onto the electrostatic images on the plate 11 and a toner image is formed. Then, an auxiliary sheet 15 consisting of a material, whose residues are not left at the time of baking of ceramic, is put on the images 14, an electric field is applied and the image 14 is transferred to the sheet 15. After that, the sheet 15 having the image 14 is aligned to the upper part of a ceramic green sheet 16 and is put on the sheet 16. A plurality of superposed materials of these sheets 15 and 16 are aligned to one another, are superposed, are pressure-bonded and moreover, the whole superposed materials are simultaneously baked. Thereby, conductor patterns, which are always proper and are fine, can be formed. |
