<p>PURPOSE:To prevent contamination of transport fluid due to dust of coarse particulate or the like, and to keep purity of the transport fluid constant by providing a check valve in an inserting transport pipe and by forming a valve pushing part, which makes the check valve open, in a receiving transport pipe, and by providing a valve mechanism at a rear end of the receiving transport pipe, and also by providing a check valve at an outlet end of a fluid passage. CONSTITUTION:A device 1 for joining transport pipes connects an inserting transport pipe 2 to a receiving transport pipe 3, and transports and supplies chemical N. The inserting transport pipe 2 forms an inlet and outlet port 6 of the chemical N by communicating with a transport passage 5 of a pipe body 4 and has a valve body 7 (a check valve). In a transport passage 43 of the receiving transport pipe 3, a pushing part 44a is formed at a liquid inlet and outlet port 45 facing to the valve body 7. In a flange connector 17 of the receiving transport pipe 3, a fluid passage 48 is formed. A valve body 49 is fixed by a thread to an inserting end of the flange connector 17 inserted into a bellows 47. A fluid outlet port 50 is formed in the valve body 49, and a ball valve 51 (a check valve) is inserted in it. As a result, contamination of the fluid due to dust or coarse particulate or the like is prevented.</p> |
