PURPOSE:To smooth the communication between a mobile station and a base station or between mobile stations by making the allocation of the transmission/ reception frequency of a portable station to be the same as the frequency of a repeater station. CONSTITUTION:For example, a timer is provided on the identification code/ response signal display section 21 of a portable station and starts the operation as soon as a station identification code is sent and when no responding signal is detected within a prescribed time, the result of reply detection signal non- detection is sent to a channel switching control section 31. Then the channel switching control section 31 sends a channel switching control signal to change the allocation of the transmission/reception frequency of present station from the allocation of the mobile station frequency into the allocation of the repeater station frequency to a transmitter 12 and a receiver 15. Thus, the transmission frequency is changed into f2 and a reception frequency is changed into f1 and the frequency allocation is changed into the frequency allocation of the repeater station. Thus, the communication between the portable station and other mobile station or between the mobile station and the base station is smoothed via a nearest on-vehicle station and the repeater station. |
