Compounds are provided of the following general structure: <IMAGE> wherein R4 is lower alkyl (C1-C4); R1 is hydrogen or methyl, R2 is hydrogen or methyl, R3 is lower alkyl (C1-C6) or cyclopropyl, and where R5 and Q are independently selected from phenyl or 4-fluorophenyl. They are useful for providing sedative and antiepileptic activity.
