PURPOSE:To obtain the title tasty, convenient food by mixing laver and seaweeds into a solid form to favorably reconcile the flavors of both the laver and seaweeds. CONSTITUTION:The objective food 1 can be obtained by incorporating (A) finely chopped dried laver in (B) groun seaweeds such as of Undaria pinnatifida or tangle followed by solidifying the mixture into a sheet form. The present food may be further incorporated with seasoning(s) such as common salt and/or a coagulant etc. Since laver is a kind of seaweeds and Undaria pinnatifida or tangle is also a kind of seaweeds, these flavors will be reconciled favorably, thus the present food is tasty. Also, the present food may be in any form (e.g. of dumpling, caramel or cubic shape). |
