PURPOSE:To perform wide-range measurement and highly accurate measurement by integrating proper pieces of information at respective measurement points of time among pieces of measurement information, which are obtained by respective sensors of a compound sensor, into the information of the measuring instrument. CONSTITUTION:A fuzzy reasoning part 3 to which measurement information from the compound sensor 1 and rule data from an auxiliary sensor 12 and a sensor characteristic recording part 2 are inputted as auxiliary information inputs distance measured values from distance sensors S1 - Sn, various used elements of a recording part 2, and temperature measured values from temperature sensors S1' - Sn' of a sensor 12 to obtain a fuzzy reasoning output indicating the extent of an error range included in the distance measured values of the sensors S1 - Sn. The contents of learning data which are structured previously are loaded in a module 4. The output of a neural network 4 is obtained as the finally integrated output of the compound sensor according to the measurement signal of the respective sensors S1 - Sn and a signal showing a reasoning error value. |
