Frozen dough prods. are made by (1) mixing ingredients with two oxidisers; one (A) reacting with flour during the early mixing stage, and the other (B) reacts during baking, until the dough develops a workable feel; (2) dividing and forming the dough into shaped pieces; (3) proofing these pieces until the dough is relaxed; (4) boiling the shaped pieces, then (5) freezing them.
