<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently bond a rubber sheet by fixing an air bag capable of being internally pressurized to the upper surface of a lower bed a little to the lower part thereof and also fixing a hot plate coming into contact with the surface of the air bag to an upper bed and providing a grasping jig grasping the bent part of the sheet to the upper surface of the lower bed. CONSTITUTION:Sheets A, B are bent and the edge part of the sheet B is inserted in the bent part of the sheet A and the threefold bent part is grasped by a grasping jig 33 and a sheet fixing jig 30 is attached and a raw rubber tape G is held between the end part of the sheet A and the sheet B and the superposed part is placed on the inclined upper surface 11 of a lower bed 10 so that the end edge of the sheet A is positioned on the uppermost layer and the fold line of the sheet A is positioned on the upper surface 11. The ridge 32 formed to the under surface of the sheet fixing jig 32 is fitted in the engaging groove 11a of the lower bed 10 to fix the sheet fixing jig 30. A hot plate 30 is brought into close contact with the end edge side part of a rubber sheet A to fix an upper bed 20. The hot plate 26 is heated and an air back 16 is internally pressurized to press the sheet A, the raw rubber sheet G and the sheet B under heating and the raw rubber sheet G is vulcanized to bond the sheets A, B.</p> |
