PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric porcelain composite having a smaller temperature change rate on a specific dielectric constant and also having a larger specific dielectric constant than that of a temperature compensating dielectric substance by including BaTiO3, SrO, Sm2O3, Nb2O5, Co2O3 and Ba2Bi4Ti5O18 at specific rates. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric porcelain composite includes BaTiO3, SrO, Sm2O3, Nb2O5, Co2O3 and Ba2Bi4Ti5O18 so as to have a composition as shown in a general equation [A]. (In the equation, a, b, c and d represent a molar percent and mean 2.5<=a<=7, 2<=b<=5, 0.25<=c<=2.25 and 0.1<=d<=1.25. And X represents a weight percent and means 30<=X<=85). Owing to this composition, a highly characteristic dielectric porcelain composite, of which the specific dielectric constant has a high degree of 600-1370 and a temperature characteristic (-25 deg.C-+85 deg.C) of the specific dielectric constant is also within + or -3%, can be obtained. |
