PURPOSE:To obtain the title food having safety without causing anthema, providing natural dejection, by heating raw Lentinus edodes at high temperature not to scorch and drying. CONSTITUTION:Fresh raw Lentinus edodes is heated at >100 deg.C, preferably 120-130 deg.C for 5-20 minutes not to scorch Lentinus edodes preferably in a steam atmosphere and dried to give the objective food. |
