摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a coil which can be manufactured even when the diameter of a high frequency element conducting wire is 10mu or smaller at 10kHz or higher by a method wherein a coil is constituted only by insulating and multistacking one-turn loops of superfine conducting wires having an electrically insulated capacitor part formed by overlapping or cutting, and it is formed into a simple L-C-R primary resonant system. CONSTITUTION:The title coil is formed as a simple L-C-R primary resonant system by insulating with each other of the one-turn loops of a superfine conductor 1 having one or a plurality of capacitor part formed by superposing or cutting, and by superposing a number of the one-turn loops, and the magnitude of capacitance of the superfine conductor 1 is adjusted so as to obtain almost uniform current density of the coil cross-section when the diffusion or movement of magnetic flux of the coil is reflected. For example, the coil is constituted by stacking a plurality of superfine conductors 1 on an insulating film 6. As a result, it is unnecessary to have the superfine wires electrically conducted with each other, and as they are simply arranged in parallel with one another, the manufacture of the coil can be facilitated. Also, when electro- sonic waves are emitted into plasma and a strong magneto-sonic wave is reflected a plurality of times, the problem of high voltage caused by high frequency can be solved easily.</p>
