<p>The system comprises an accumulator battery (1) with a switch (2) whose contacts are connected to its negative pole and to the zero potential bus (3), a starter (4) consisting of a direct-current electric machine. To the positive poles of the accumulator battery (1) and starter (4) are connected the make contacts (5) of the traction relay whose control winding (6) is connected to the positive pole of the accumulator battery (1) and, through a starter switch (7), to the zero potential bus (3). To the positive pole of the accumulator battery (1) and to the zero potential bus (3) is connected a capacitor bank (8) provided with a heating device comprising a switching element (9) connected to the poles of the capacitor bank (8), and a unit (10) for control of the switching element, connected to the positive pole of the accumulator battery (1) and, through the switch (11) of the switching element, to the negative pole of the accumulator battery.</p> |
