<p>This invention refers to the solid waste utilization in the rotary furnaces for loose materials, which can be used for the concrete and metallurgy industries.The object of this invention is for concrete clinker roasting and combustible waste utilization, which contains a fire-grate cooler, furnace case with inner piping, and a screening cover. The screening cover is fixed on the same level with the furnace inner piping outlet, an immovable housing with a gate, and a device for solid waste feeding. The furnace is complementary (Fig.1) to another immovable sealed housing, which has a screening cover. The pipes are fixed in the furnace outlets, while the casing piping is connected to the furnace fire-grate clinker cooler. The sealed casing, in combination with the screening cover and the piping for hot air supply, is placed at the border between the calcinations and exothermal reaction zones. The furnace is at a distance of 0.7-0.8 from the material loading end, while the solid combustible waste pipes are placed at the furnace diameter with a distance of 0.5-0.6 from the hot air supply piping, which are aligned in the same direction as the furnace fusion end. Besides this, the pipes have outlets both inside and outside the furnace. The plane of these pipes' ends, which is found inside the furnace, forms an angle of between 5-25 degrees with the lengthwise end of the furnace. The upper end of the piping is directed towards the furnace end, in which the materials are unloaded, while the furnace pipes are covered with a heat-resistant coating from the inner side, which has an extension around the piping slanting edge. The implementation of this invention in the clinker furnace concrete manufacturing process allows the replacement of between 60-80% of the fuel material with combustible solid waste.<IMAGE></p> |
