The invention relates to a procedure and a device for the determination of coordinates, especially for determining the coordinates of spaces and/or the location of structures or equipment in spaces, which device is used in conjunction with a laser theodolite (20) or an equivalent optical measuring device. The device comprises a body (1) provided with at least two reflecting prisms (2, 3) for reflecting the radiation beam of the laser theodolite, said reflecting prisms (2, 3) being placed at a known distance (a) from each other; and at least one measuring head (4, 5) provided with an end part (4a, 5a) which is directed at the point under measurement. The distance (b) and direction of the measuring head end part relative to at least one of the reflecting prisms are known. The coordinates of the auxiliary points are determined by means of the theodolite and the coordinates of the point under measurement are calculated on the basis of these coordinates and the known data. |
