<p>PURPOSE:To surely and safely recycle a filter by starting recycling the filter with a temperature increase device operated as the time has come for recycling the filter, and thereby restraining exhaust gas from being led to the filter. CONSTITUTION:When it is judged by a judging means 36 that the time has come for recycling a filter, a temperature increase device 33 for the filter 32 is operated by an operating means 37, and a regulating valve 34 is closed by a restraining means 40, so that exhaust gas is thereby concurrently restrained from being led to the filter 32. The temperature of a filter inlet (or the inside temperature of the filter) is estimated by an operating means 42 based on the actual temperature at the inlet of the filter 32. When the filter 32 is judged by a judging means 43 to have been abnormally increased in temperature by which the filter 32 may be burnt, the whole of exhaust gas by a restraint release means 44, so that the filter 32 is thereby cooled. By this constitution, the filter is surely recycled and the unpredictable burning of the filter can thereby be concurrently prevented.</p> |
