PURPOSE:To manufacture simply the title apparatus and decrease extremely variability of appearance, quality and performance of a finished product by placing spacers to form each small gap between a fixing plate and a reinforcing plate and between the reinforcing plates each other and filling a liq. casting elastomer material in the small gaps. CONSTITUTION:A fixing plate 1 of the lower side is placed on the central part of the bottom face of a space 40 for molding of a mold 4 and spacers 5 and reinforcing plates 2 are alternatively laminated and then, a fixing plate 1 of the upper side is placed. Each small gap part K1 with a definite dimension is formed between reinforcing plates 2 and 2 each other and between the reinforcing plate 2 and the fixing plate 1 each other and a gap part K2 is formed outside of the fixing plate 1 and the reinforcing plate 2 and in addition, the length between the upper and lower fixing plates 1 is set at a specified value. As an elastomer compsn. layers formed between the fixing plate 1 and the reinforcing plate 2 and between the reinforcing plates 2 and 2 are made into each a const. thickness, variability of quality and performance becomes extremely small. On the other hand, when the viscosity of a liq. casting elastomer is low, it is possible to manufacture easily a vibration-releasing apparatus with a small gap part K1. |
