<p>PURPOSE:To enable a high-speed processing by executing a processing by reading an instruction from an internal memory with a second program counter (PC) while holding the contents of a first PC and a first program status word (PSW) in the case of generating a processing requirement, and storing the state of execution in a second PSW. CONSTITUTION:When a micro-service processing requirement is generated, the instruction is read from an external memory 11 based on the first PC 12 and stored in an instruction register 13, and an execution control part 14 generates various control signals by analyzing this stored instruction. Then, the execution control part 14 stops the operation of reading the instruction from the external memory 11 based on the first PC 12, stores the instruction read from an instruction storage area 24 of an internal memory 18 in the instruction register 13 and executes the processing according to the instruction.
