<p>An improved immunotherapeutic method of preventing or treating viral respiratory tract disease is described. The method comprises administering into the lower respiratory tract of a susceptible host a small particle (< 2 νm) aerosol of a mixture of specific monoclonal antibodies directed against the various protective antigenic sites present on a major protective viral surface antigen(s).</p> |
