MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY, HYBRIDOMA, PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF

NEW MATERIAL:An antibody which is an antibody against heparin binding secretory transforming factor (hst-1) protein, is not subjected to cross reaction both with acidic fibroblast growth factor(aFGF) and a basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF), is immunoglobulin class of IgG and has 140-160K dalton. USE:A reagent for measuring hst-1 protein considered to participate in canceration. PREPARATION:A mammalian splenocyte immunized against hst-1 protein is subjected to cell fusion with a mammalian lymphoid cell and the prepared hybridoma is cloned. Then the cloned hybridoma is multiplied in mammalian ascites to form the objective antibody.
