The transformer prevents interferences between the cores of the transformer, when a tape recorder performs a recording and a play- back simultaneously. The transformer includes: cores (3) and (4) accommodating coils (5) and (6) in such a manner as to prevent interactions between the coils (5) and (6), thereby forming two separate transformers. The two transformers are magnetically isolated from each other by means of a magnetic shielding material.
