<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate battery exchange work by using a solar battery as an auxiliary battery when a main primary battery in a card is exchanged. CONSTITUTION:When an external terminal detects that the electromotive force of the main primary battery 8 is deteriorated through a battery voltage detection terminal 10, the card is extracted from the external terminal for exchanging the main primary battery 8. Here, environment such as an office to which illumination is given is considered as a place exchanging the battery and a volatile memory IC 3 is set to be a backed up state by the electromotive force of the auxiliary solar battery 9. The main primary battery 8 is exchanged in such a state. Thus, the troublesome operation of a changeover switch becomes unnecessary at the time of exchanging the main primary battery.</p> |
