PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a heat insulating effect, and to protect privacy in a building window structure. SOLUTION: This building window structure has a double-level window 14 installed in a building frame, and an additional window 15 arranged outside the double-level window by placing a predetermined intermediate space layer 18 with the double-level window. Window glass 17 having a heat insulating effect is used for the additional window, and opening parts 19b and 19a are respectively arranged on the vertical directional lower side and upper side in the intermediate space layer. The window glass used for the additional window has a structure of sticking a plurality of glass bodies by the intermediate layer having a heat insulating effect, and the intermediate layer is semitransparent. The lower side opening part is covered with a net.
