PURPOSE:To prevent poor brazing at the time of manufacturing of a piled body by pushing down a piled body, regulating the height of the piled body, releasing pressure and expanding the interval between a lower plate and an upper plate by the restoring force of the piled body. CONSTITUTION:The piled body 5 of tube elements 2 and a fins 3 is inserted and held between the lower plate 7 and the upper plate 8 and the tube elements 2 and the fins 3 are brazed by heating to manufacture a heat exchanger. Then, pressure P is given from the upper part of the upper plate 8 to push down the piled body 5 and an interval regulating stay 10 to regulate the height of the piled body 5 is bridged between the plate 7, 8. Thereafter, the pressure is released and the interval between the plates 7, 8 is expanded by the restoring force of the piled body 5 to the height regulated by the stay 10. In this way, clearances can be prevented from occurring at any position of the piled body. |
