PURPOSE:To easily attach a plastic cover on an ink pan by a method wherein a non-slip rib is provided can the upper brim of the ink pan used as a master mold, an air vent pipe is arranged in a narrow part on the bottom, and a sheet of plastic film is attached from above by vacuum forming. CONSTITUTION:An ink pan (a) is used as a master mold, and a non-slip rib (b) having a inverted triangle section is attached on an upper brim 2 of a side wall 1. On a bottom plate 3, an ink outlet port 4 is provided near one of corners, vent holes 5 are adequately arranged, and further a vent pipe (p) having vent holes is laid. A plastic sheet (d), which is 10-15cm larger in outside dimensions than the ink pan (a) and softened by heating, is laid over the ink pan (a), and the air in the pan is evacuated through the ink outlet port 4 and the vent holes 5, so that the plastic sheet is firmly attached on the ink pan. Therefore, a plastic sheet cover does not interfere with mixing and circulating of ink, and is easily produced at a low cost. |
