PURPOSE:To form a stable conductor layer on an internal wall of a through hole on a material to be printed by setting the size of a hole through which air passes by suction after changing it optionally by combining a main current plate and an auxiliary current plate, each having air current adjustment holes of a printing machine equipped with a suction-type printing table. CONSTITUTION:A main current plate 9 has main air current holes provided at an equal interval and auxiliary current plates 11, each having auxiliary air current adjustment holes 12 provided at the same interval as on the main air current plate 9, are stacked on the main current plate 9 horizontally so that the plates can move. The main current plate 9 and the auxiliary current plates 11 are mounted in a printing table 8, and a support plate 6 with a hole which matches a through hole of a material to be printed 7 is attached on the top of the printing table 8. The material 7 is placed on the support plate 6, then a conductive ink is printed on the material and the material is sucked from the lower part of the printing table 8. Subsequently, the conductive ink is sucked into the through hole 8a of the material 7 to form a conductive layer. In this case, the overlapped state of the air current adjustment holes 10, 12 is controlled by moving the auxiliary current plates 11 so that a suction power is applied evenly to the through hole 7a. |
