PURPOSE:To obtain the subject formulation exhibiting excellent weeding effect and able to save labor in spraying by mixing a specific surfactant containing 2',3'-dichloro-4-ethoxy methoxy benzanilide with another compound in a specific ratio as weeding-activating components. CONSTITUTION:5-40wt.% 2',3'-dichloro-4-ethoxy-methoxybenzanilide and 0.06-0.6wt.% ethyl-5-[3-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)ureide sulfonyl]-1-methyl pyrazole-4-carboxylate as previously dry-pulverized weeding-activating components are mixed with a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant having 3-10 HLB using a mineral oil or a vegetable oil as a dispersant, and pulverized by a wet pulverizer to afford the objective formulation used in a paddy field. Said agent is able to save labor with no dilution with a large amount of water nor necessity to use a spraying device or any special tool, and quickly diffuses on the water surface of paddy field, then uniformly disperses into water to exhibit excellent weeding effect. |
