摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To uniformize the impressed voltage in a liquid crystal display and to improve transparency by providing conductive films which have the electric conductivity higher than the electric conductivity of a transparent conductive film and are electrically connected to the transparent conductive film on at least either of the substrate side of the transparent conductive film and the side opposite therefrom. CONSTITUTION:This device has the substrate 1, the transparent conductive film 5 provided on this substrate 1 and the conductive films 4 which have the electric conductivity higher than the electric conductivity of the transparent conductive film 5 and are electrically connected to the transparent conductive film 5 on at least either of the substrate 1 side of the transparent conductive film 5 on the opposite side therefrom. The resistance of electrodes for voltage impression is lowered by forming the conductive films 4 in these positions. The impressed voltage of the liquid crystal display is uniformized in this way and the transparency of the transparent conductive film is improved.</p>
