The floor of the container (18) contg. coolant has apertures (20) allowing pressure gas emanating from a drive charge igniter (24) fitted on the closure wedge (22) to act on the coolant (12), causing it to be distributed in the charge chamber (14). The cover (26) of the coolant container is open on the side of the pipe mouth, and accommodates a plastic bag (28) filled with coolant. The apertures of the container floor (18) and the cross-sectional aperture of the container cover are sealed by seals. The floor of the coolant container is concavely arched, the arched information forming a pressure compensation chamber (30) between the floor and the closure wedge.
