PURPOSE:To make it easy for an engine mechanism manufacturer to deal with an OEM, even if the OEM varies, by dividing and arranging an engine mechanism part, engine electrical equipment part and I/F controller part in respectively separated and shielded bodies and by integrally assembling respective bodies. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam printer is mainly constituted from three blocks of an engine mechanism part A having structural parts such as printing process part by an electrophotographic method and paper carrier part, engine electrical equipment part B for electrically controlling the engine mechanism part A and I/F controller part C for communicating with a host computer and for conducting data processing. These three blocks are divided and arranged in bodies composed of iron plates, which are respectively separated(partitioned) from each other, to have independent constitutions both electrically(noise resistance) and thermally. Therefore, an OEM can freely arrange a substrate, etc., within the I/F controller part C on its own responsibility and can offer a user a printer easier to use. |
