Standard quantities of a colourless paint medium (CPM) are tinted in wood colours, such as walnut, mahogany, pine, using different standard syringes for each different standard quantity of CPM. Each syringe contains a concentrate of the required tint. The syringes have a removable adhesive label which can be affixed to the tinted CPM container. A wood protective agent is pref. contained in a separate syringe provided with a like removable adhesive label. A transportable case ie esp. provided having suitable compartments or fittings to accomodate a number of syringes. ADVANTAGE - Comfortable and reliable way to tint CPM with any desirable wood colour.
