PURPOSE:To make it possible to separate a terminal into a terminal stand and a control unit and obtain a device which can easily be attached and detached and which would not scratch the surface of the terminal stand by protrusively providing a bar-shaped body higher than each hook stopper edge near the center of turning movement of each hook stopper edge. CONSTITUTION:Four hook stopper edges 53 and a bar-shaped body 54 are provided in such a manner as each projecting from the bottom face of the body 51 of a control unit 50. When each of the hook stopper edges 53 of the control unit and the bar-shaped body 54 are inserted respectively into the wide portion of the insertion opening 45 of a terminal stand 40 and an opening 46 and each rotated, each of the hook stopper edges 53 is electrically as well as mechanically connected to a support edge and both the edges 53 and the bar-shaped body 54 can be installed and also the bar-shaped body 54 pushes conductive metal fittings to open the short-circuit between load terminal portions. When the control unit is mounted to the terminal stand the bar-shaped body serves as a guide so the control unit can be easily mounted on the terminal stand while preventing the unit from scratching the surface of the terminal stand.
