PURPOSE:To obtain a plastisol having fixed qualities in short time even in the case of using granules preserved for a long period of time in producing a plastisol from granules of vinyl chloride resin for paste processing by making humidity of atmosphere and temperature of granules, etc., more than specific values, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In producing plastisol from granules of vinyl chloride resin for paste processing, humidity of atmosphere is adjusted to >=0.01kg water/kg air and temperature of granules and/or plasticizer is controlled >=20 deg.C. |
