The process for producing a sticker is charcterized by coating an adhesion paste layer on the release paper in the coater, drying the coated paper in the heat-dryer, coating a resin solution on the adhesion layer, drying the coated layer to form a sheet layer, and continuously squeezing it in the squeezing roller. The apparatus comprises the coater (6) of the adhesion paste and the heat-dryer (7) in the first coating process, the coater (8) of the resin solution and the heat-dryer (9) in the second coating process, and the roller (4) in the squeezing process.
