PURPOSE:To easily obtain a lining tube to be used in an in-situ foam(INS) method, etc., by forming a felt layer on the inner surface of a tube composed of a reinforced fiber, by reversing the obtained two-layer tube and by weaving the reinforced fiber outside an inner back through an inner back type fiber circular weaving machine using the two-layer tube as the inner back. CONSTITUTION:A tube 11 composed of a reinforced fiber is formed by a fiber circular weaving machine and a felt tube 12 composed of a polyester fiber, etc., is inserted inside so that there is formed a two-layer tube 13 with the outside of a reinforced fiber layer and the inside of a felt layer. The two-layer tube is reversed so that the felt layer is positioned outside, and the two-layer tube 13 is set as an inner back in an inner back type fiber circular weaving machine. When the reinforced fiber is woven outside the inner back, there is formed a lining tube 16 of three-layer structure with the outer and inner layers composed of the reinforced fiber 14 and the interlayer composed of a felt 15. When the lining tube 16 is used in INS method, a film 17 composed of polyurethane or vinyl chloride, etc., is caused to adhere or fuse to the outside face of the lining tube 16 before use. |
