摘要 A liquid crystal lens electrically driven and stereoscopy display device are provided to reduce the cell gap of the liquid crystal layer by changing the arrangement of a buffer layer and electrode structure. A first and a second substrates(100,200) are placed corresponding to a plurality of lens areas facing with each other. A first electrode(101) is formed on the central part of the left and right lens area about the each lens area on the first substrate. The insulating layer is formed in the first top of the substrate including first electrode(102). The second electrode corresponding to the edge part of each lens region and is formed on the insulating layer(103). The buffer layer is formed on the insulating layer including second electrode(104).
