PURPOSE:To enhance rupture toughness by laminating a plurality of sheets of specified sheetlike thin-walled sheet bodies and sintering them. CONSTITUTION:A sheetlike thin-walled sheet body is obtained by stretching slurry 10 contg. a ceramics raw material (e.g. Si3N4) and a whisker raw material (e.g. SiC whisker) to a sheet shape on a film 13 arranged on a smooth base 12 so that fiber ceramics are parallel orientated by a doctor blade 11 while holding the directional properties in the moving direction Z of the doctor blade 11, drying and solidifying the sheet. Then a plurality of sheets of sheet bodies are laminated and sintered. |
