A profile (1) is anchored in a plate (4) by lugs (2,3). It has a further lug (5) which engages in a groove in the plate (6) and adjusts it unalterably. A threaded pin (7) is positioned in two sections in two planes (8,9), and with the plate recess (10) with flexible layers permits a further adjustment. In the plate is an aperture through which height adjustment takes place. The aperture engages edge profiles (1) which permits formation of threads, such edge profiles acting as reinforcements. The reinforcements are so formed that they permit adjustment of connecting plates as to position and height. USE - For the installation of double floors in dwelling accommodation and offices without air conditioning.
