发明名称 WELL-BALANCED ICE CREAM
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the subject ice cream having a well-balanced nutrient component value and eatable palatably as a health food, especially a food for a patient, etc., by using milk as the main component and adding a raw material containing an enzyme belonging to superoxide dismutase thereto. CONSTITUTION:A raw material such as an embryo bud, soybean, rye or sesame, containing an enzyme belonging to superoxide dismutase (reducing evil influence of excess active oxygen in human body) is heated with a charcoal fire using an earthen vessel and parched without scorching the surface thereof. The parched material is crushed or ground into a finer powder and the resultant powder is mixed into a food mainly composed of milk as a complete food, thus giving a juice-state material or the objective ice cream. In addition, the component value and the nutritive value of the above ice cream, etc., are shown in the table.
