The cushion (1) has a resiliently compressible foam block (2) overmolding a stiffening unit (3) from its reverse face (4). The stiffening unit is formed of a fibrous layer (5) impregnated by foam in a fraction (9) of its thickness. The fibrous layer extends on the reverse face. An internal face of the fibrous layer is coated with a plastic film provided with perforations, where the foam passes through the perforations for penetrating in the fibrous layer. The fibrous layer has a peripheral crown (12) to recover an edge (7) of a cap (8).
