PURPOSE:To eliminate parts exchange of a buffer body by preventing a movement and damage of a glass plate at the time of injection molding, by a method wherein reactive curing resin is cured, the first member which is inward of a glass holding part and performs surface contact with one side of the glass plate is formed and a buffer member having an elastic body pressing the other side of the glass plate is arranged on a position confronted with this. CONSTITUTION:The first member 11 where reactive curing resin is cured on a plurality of positions of the undersurface 3c of a top force 3 is formed, surface contact of the undersurface 11a is performed with the top 1c of the glass plate 1 and a buffer member 13 where an elastic body 12 is arranged on the tip is arranged on the lower position confronted with this, on the inside of a glass plate holding part 8. The glass plate 1 is held between the top force 3 and a glass press core 5 and held by placing between the buffer member 13 and first member 11 under a state where a mold is clamped. Therefore, at the time of injection molding of a molding material 2a of window frame rubber, the glass plate is prevented from moving laterally and an injury, a breakdown and defective molding can be prevented even if injection pressure is acted upon the molding. Then the title structure can be done without constituting the glass plate holding part 8 with a buffer body and parts exchange becomes unnecessary. |
