PURPOSE:To transfer heat to a conductor in the efficient and stabilized state, by arranging a heater at the interface between a space forming material and a sealing material, slowly heating both materials, and preventing the rapid heating of the interface. CONSTITUTION:A porous space forming material 3 for forming a constant space part 3A and a sealing material 4 covering the entire forming material are provided on electrodes 2A and 2B which are laminated on an ion conductor 1. A sensor heating heater 10 is arranged at the interface of the forming material 3 and the sealing material 4. Therefore, the forming material 3 and the sealing material 4 are slowly heated with the increase in temperature of the heater 10. Thus, the contact surfaces of both materials are hard to be subject to the rapid thermal change, and the stabilized state can be maintained. The heat of the heater 10 is transferred to the ion conductor 1 through the forming part 3 and the sealing part 4 and also transferred to the conductor 1 through the porous part 3A of the forming part 3 at the same time. In this way, the heat can be transferred to the conductor 1 in the efficient and stabilized state. |
