NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY CELL AND LITHIUM SECONDARY CELL

摘要

PURPOSE:To extend the lifetime of a lithium secondary cell by using a nonaqueous electrolyte impregnated with a 1,4-dimethoxibenzene compound as a component of the nonaqueous electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:A nonaqeuous electrolyte impregnated with a 1,4- dimethoxibenzene compound is used as a component of a nonaqueous electrolyte for a lithium secondary cell. The aforesaid compound contained in the nonaqueous electrolyte acts to restrain the reaction of a nonaqeuous solvent to lithium electrically deposited. By constituting the lithium secondary cell using the aforesaid electrolyte, therefore, the cycle characteristics of a lithium negative electrode is improved and the lifetime of the cell can thereby be improved.
