PURPOSE:To smoothly set a desired mode by automatically setting a default value at the time of setting a copying mode and variation quantity at the time of continuously depressing an up/down key based on the history of setting a copying condition by a user. CONSTITUTION:An IC card B where the history of the copying mode is stored is provided with connection terminals TB1-TB5 which are inserted in a main body A side, a CPU 1, a ROM 2 where a program is stored, a RAM 3 where the history of the copying mode is stored, a battery 4, and a battery check circuit 5 which checks the charging state of the battery 4. By inserting the IC card B in the main body A and continuously depressing a key 202 or a key 203, the selection frequency of the unit quantity of increase or decrease at the time of setting a specified image processing mode is obtained based on the stored unit quantity of history, and the unit quantity having high selection frequency which is obtained is set as the default value of the unit quantity of the increase or the decrease of an input means. Thus, the desired image processing mode is smoothly set. |
