PURPOSE:To bond the layers of a multilayer insulation to each other easily and speedily by melting each sheet of plastic film. CONSTITUTION:The surfaces of the sheets of the multilayer insulation are contacted to each other at the bonding part by a weight body 5 or the like. Next, the bonding part of the plastic surface of each sheet is melted by heating. The melting of the sheet is conducted, for example, by penetrating a hot needle 6 of a small diameter through the bonding parts of the laminated sheets. Then, when the molten parts of the sheets are cooled, the sheets are fusion bonded to each other, and a multilayer insulation with layers bonded to each other at the part where the sheets have been melted is obtained. Accordingly, the layers of the multilayer insulation can be bonded to each other more easily and speedily than in the case of a conventional hand-sewing method. |
