PURPOSE:To manufacture a polyurethane lens, by a method wherein specific phoosphoric monoester and phosphoric diester are added to a monomer mixture of polyisocyante and polythiol, which is cast-polymerized within a molding tool. CONSTITUTION:A molding mixture is prepared by compounding a monomeric mixture of polyisocyanate and polythiol with phosphoric monoester shown by formula I (R1 shows a 1-10C alkyl group and n1 shows 1 or 2) and phosphoric diester shown by formula II (R2, R3 show the 1-10 alkyl group and n2, n3 show 1 or 2). Then the molding mixture is cast-polymerized within a molding tool for manufacturing of a plastic lens and a polyurethane lens is manufactured. About 5-40 deg.C is suitable for the initial temperature of the foregoing cast- polymerizing temperature and it is suitable to raise a temperature up to about 100-130 deg.C in about 10-70 hours. |
