In the proposed apparatus, channels (16) are provided inside the second annular space (9) limited in the axial direction by partitions (10, 11) and in the radial directions by the internal surface of the first drum (6) and by the external surface of the second drum (7). Each wall (15) of the channel (16) has, in the plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (O1-O1) of the apparatus, the form of a flat spiral twisted around the point situated on the centre line (O1-O1) of the apparatus.
