PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive power element drive circuit by using a charge pump circuit and an isolation means in common to employ an IC with low breakdown voltage. CONSTITUTION:The drive circuit is provided with a 1st driving IC 15 to drive a 1st power element 1, a 2nd driving IC 16 to drive a 2nd power element 4, a 1st isolation means 17 electrically isolating an output signal of a control means 14 and an input signal to the 1st driving IC 15 and a 2nd isolation means 18 electrically isolating an output signal of the control means 14 and an input signal to the 2nd driving IC 16. Moreover, a circuit charging a capacitor 8 when a 2nd power element 4 is turned on and using the capacitor voltage as a 2nd power supply 7 for driving the 1st power element 1 is referred to as a charge pump circuit. Thus, the inexpensive power element driving circuit is realized. |
