A picture framing device capable of holding sheet materials which may include but are not restricted to a glass, plastic or other clear cover, the picture or object on display, a series of colored mats, and a stiff backing board, by means of corner brackets elastically connected or linked but which permit the picture or object being displayed to be quickly and easily removed, changed and inserted.
