PURPOSE:To certainly predict breakage of a tool by arranging a phase judgement equipment at a position to detect a pair of detection areas of rotational dislocation and providing a judgement means to judge overload torque of the tool by way of comparing a pair of detection signals output from the phase judgement equipment with each other in correspondence with the pair of detection areas. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rotational dislocation detection areas 38, 39 are formed by way of sandwiching detection display parts 36, 37 of one detection element between a pair of detection display parts 32, 33 provided in the circumferential direction of the other detection element with a specific interval. Overload torque of a tool 13 is judged by way of comparing a pair of detection signals output from a phase judgement equipment in correspondence with these detection areas 38, 39. At the time when this overload torque is generated, a stop command is instantly output. |
