PURPOSE:To reduce the factors which cause cutout in a resin tablet by shortening a conveying distance and time, by a method wherein a tablet molding device molding the resin tablet is provided and the resin tablet directly after molding is sent to a pot by a resin feeding device as it is. CONSTITUTION:A magazine 2 is constituted of an insert device 3 so that a lead frame 1 held within a freely conveyable and the lead frame 1 taken out of the magazine 2 is inserted into a mold 5 through a preheater 4. Two frame recessed parts 5a which are in a form in which the lead frame 1 is fitted preceisely are formed in a parting line of the mold 5 so as to run parallel with each other and a circular-hole shaped pot 5c into which resin tablet 6 is insertable is formed in the center line between the frame recessed parts 5a each. The pot 5c heats and melts the resin tablet 6 and can feed the molten resin within the cavities 5b each by raising a transfer inserted into the pot. Therefore, a quantity of the resin tablet 6 to be inserted within the pot 5c of the mold 5 becomes fixed and a quantity of the resin filled into the cavities 5a each becomes fixed. |
